Here are some tips for getting your question answered fast.
Our support agents will respond to your questions during business hours. Lob's business and production hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM PT, excluding the following holidays:
Healthcare companies should avoid using standard mail to send any health information. Not only does it violate HIPAA, but it also poses a privacy risk if someone other than the intended recipient were to open the mail. Your options are:
- New Year's Day - 1/1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day - 1/15
- President's Day - 2/19
- Memorial Day - 5/27
- Juneteenth - 6/19
- Independence Day - 7/4
- Labor Day - 9/2
- World Mental Health Day - 10/10*
- Columbus Day - 10/14 **
- General Election Day - 11/5
- Veteran's Day - 11/11 **
- Thanksgiving Day - 11/28
- Day after Thanksgiving - 11/29
- Christmas Eve - 12/24
- Christmas Day - 12/25
- New Year’s Eve - 12/31
When one of the above falls on a weekend day, Lob observes it as follows:
- If it falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday
- If it falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday
* Lob employees observe Mental Health Day (10/10), but production will take place and the USPS is operational.
** The USPS observes Columbus Day (10/14) and Veteran's Day (11/11); this means there will be no progress in the mailstream nor any scan events, but production will take place and support is available.
