Lob is excited to announce our recognition as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2018.

The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of companies who care deeply about creating exceptional workplaces with thorough employee engagement, vivid culture and important benefits. We’re humbled to be recognized amongst so many other great companies.

Through a company-wide survey Lob’s culture showed through; fun, kindhearted, and authentic are some of the things our team shared about the people here. Every Lobster feels that they can be their true selves and we all come together over our core values.

“We’ve been as deliberate about designing our culture as we are about designing our product.” -Raph Lee, VP of Engineering

A great company culture is organic, curated over time, and at Lob we’re just getting started. We’re going to continue to invest in the things that make Lob a great place to work, like our company benefits, shared values, and the quirks of each individual that make Lob a fun place to be, like our dog friendly office and the kids that come in with their parents. As we grow, we’re going to continue to hold all of our employees accountable to our core values and support one another to do our best work.

“I wanted to create a culture where everyone is invested and where everyone becomes more well rounded. I want to show people that I care about them.” -Leore Avidar, Co-Founder & CEO

It’s important to us at Lob to create a workplace that gives our team purpose, that provides the mentorship people need to move up, and to challenge our team by providing them a lot of responsibility paired with a lot of autonomy. We believe in investing in our team for the long run and building a company where employees feel valued. At Lob, we hope to change the way tech companies think about their workplaces, and build a culture that lasts a lifetime.
