This Lob.com, Inc. (“Lob”, “we” or “us”) Privacy Policy contains important information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit our website, use our products and services, apply for a job with us, and in connection with our other interactions with you (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to Lob’s handling of personal information that we process on behalf of our customers. Our processing of that personal information is governed by the written agreement we have with that applicable Lob customer.

Directly From You:
Identifiers
: such as your name, physical address, telephone number, email address, alias, employer name, and login credentials.
Subscription and Payment Information
: as needed to complete your transactions with us, including payment card information, and billing information. This information is processed by third-party payment processors. Our third-party payment processors will handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have access to your full payment card information.

: such as information about payments to and from you and other details of products or Service you have purchased from us.

When you apply for one of our open positions, we collect the information that you provide in connection with your job application. This includes but is not limited to business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information that may be included in a resume or that you may provide during the interview process. This may also include demographic or diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We may also conduct background checks and receive related information.
